What is magic? Does it exist? Can it work? I think not. Magic is an attempt to control the world around us – like technology. It’s been said any technology sufficiently advanced will seem like magic. Like the video camera on a typical smart phone. Show anyone from the early 20th Century, and they’ll claim it’s magic. The magic I’m discussing is the simmering cauldron, hand-waving spell, eye of newt variety. It doesn’t exist. But it serves Satan to make people think it does, so he’ll help perpetuate that illusion. There are Tarot readers, astrologers, Wiccans, and more, who all practice that craft. Satan and his minions (not cute little yellow guys like Gru hires) have a vested interest in making it look like Tarot works. So they whisper in the ears of readers, alter outcomes of normal events, and otherwise make it look like “this” astrological event actually has “that” effect on people born under “those” Zodiacal signs. Any attempt to “control” the world outside of God’s permissive will is classified as evil. It’s from the devil. Since He commanded us not to put our trust in spiritualists, and to avoid witches and their craft, Wicca and Voodoo and Tarot, etc., is against God’s will. So does magic exist? The way it’s portrayed must yield a resounding “NO!” Any supernatural force not of God is of Satan. And Satan is not on God’s side.
